Position: Early Childhood Educator and/or Early Childhood Educator Assistant. Full-time and/or Part-time..
We are looking for an Early Childhood Educator and/or Early Childhood Educator Assistant to join our teaching team immediately. With a low teacher to child ratio and an emphasis on the outdoors this is a unique opportunity to be part of a progressive and peaceful teaching environment.
Qualifications/Assets:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Current BC License to Practice
- Documentation in accordance with Community Care Facilities Branch licensing requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with parents and families and other staff members
- Professional and responsible attitude towards work
- Has a shared passion for creating nourishing experiences and environments for children to learn and to grow.
- Lives a lifestyle harmonious with the Storyoga Philosophy which embraces a holistic and wholesome way of being in both personal and professional realms
- Yoga Teacher Training an asset
Compensation: $24 – $30 starting wage depending upon qualifications and experience with room to advance including WE.
